I adore teaching--my first career-- which is why I so enjoy speaking to groups of parents at schools and churches, but after a presentation I'm often invited to come home to live with dozens of families so I can help them apply my parenting approach to their daily lives and...well, I kind of like living in my own house. I love working with people privately, but unfortunately, many people can't afford private coaching. Still, I'm passionate about helping parents forge deeper connections with their children and teens, awakening their kids' natural instincts to cooperate, and launching them toward a happy, successful adulthood.
So I'm thrilled to have found a wonderful avenue for sharing what I've come to learn about raising great kids in way that's affordable, realistic and effective: A 30 day Parenting Without Power Struggles interactive, Internet-based class.
The course consists of emails sent to you every other day with assignments, web links, video instructions, tasks and/or worksheets. You'll do the assignments at your own pace. Once a week you can email Susan a question based on that week's assignments to receive personalized guidance. Emailed questions will be answered in a weekly Mp3 that you can listen to at your leisure.
The class is designed to provide you with the support and structure to make real, significant and lasting changes towards a more satisfying, enjoyable relationship with your children or teens.
You'll learn how to:
